FreshCart Market requests access to your device's location to enable accurate delivery to your address and real-time order tracking. 5. Age Verification (LCBO Orders)

For orders containing alcohol from the LCBO, we require proof that you are 19 years of age or older as required by Ontario law. Age verification is conducted at the time of delivery by our driver. We do not store copies of your identification documents.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your FreshCart Market account and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
